❤️ We love receiving feedback and these two reviews make me burst with pride.
We had some not so good feedback verbally from a customer this week and, despite everyone who was with this person ate everything that was served, stated that "they didnt have a good experience". As always we encourage customers to speak up if there is an issue so we can fix it - but we cannot fix it if the meal has already been eaten!
These reviews are a true reflection of our cafe and how kind, caring and thoughtful our staff are. A few weeks ago a gentleman tripped outside the cafe and he was supported and cared for until the ambulance crew arrived. Then the staff ensured the crew had drinks and something to eat.
The lady who had the fall today is absolutely fine and its lovely that your friend took the time to leave the review 🥰
