🌟 Good Afternoon Seaford and surrounding areas 🌟

We wanted to give you all an update regarding our beautiful shop.

Firstly, please note that this announcement relates to the shop only and does not affect our outside catering business.

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we have made the difficult decision to step away from the shop. Due to the incredible growth and popularity of our outside catering, we simply couldn’t commit the time the shop deserved. Having to close on various days and weekends wasn’t fair on you, our loyal customers, or on the lovely business we had worked so hard to build.

However, we are delighted to say that we have found the perfect new owners – people with the time, energy, commitment and passion to continue what we’ve created in the prettiest little shop in town! The great news is that they will be keeping the much-loved menu (minus the crepes) and will also be opening earlier and staying open later for you all.

As soon as their social media pages are up and running, we’ll be tagging them, so please give them a follow for regular updates. We can’t wait to support them ourselves and become regular customers!

What a journey it has been. It has truly been a pleasure and a joy to serve our wonderful community. Along the way, we’ve built friendships that will last a lifetime and met so many incredible regular customers who we will miss enormously. Please do keep in touch – we’d love to stay connected.

Going forward, we will be changing our social media name to Jesse & RoJo’s Crepes, where we’ll continue sharing updates about our outside catering, upcoming events and where you can find us.

Thank you all for your loyalty, support and for following our journey as a family-run business. You kept us busy, supported us through Covid, and helped make so many special memories. Although this chapter is coming to an end, it will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

Good morning seaford and surrounding! Such stunning sunshine to give you that spring in your step on this Sunday morning, it’s going to be glorious today, we are at Martello fields trading at Motorfest! It gets quiet busy and I can imagine the sun will be bringing you all out! So the atmosphere is going to be just right! Pop down and see us, see what’s on offer and take a stroll along our iconic coast, don’t forget your sun cream!! looking forward to seeing you. X

Good morning all, whilst we navigate the end of our shop era, staff holidays and events etc - the opening hours will be intermittent. This week we are open just Tuesday and Wednesday 11-3:30. You will find us over in Eastbourne this weekend at camp marmalade Friday Saturday and Sunday. X

SHOP FOR SALE

As many of you are aware, we have made the difficult decision to take a step back and reduce our workload. As part of this, we have taken the heartbreaking decision to close our beautiful bespoke café in town.

The shop was lovingly designed and handcrafted by a professional carpenter to our exact requirements, and it has been such a special part of our journey. It feels incredibly sad to see such a unique space sitting unused.

We are therefore looking to sell the café as a complete, ready-to-go business setup, with a range of fixtures, fittings and equipment included to help you get started. All that’s needed is your own vision and personal touch.

We are hoping for a quick sale, with handover available at the beginning of August.

💔 A Very Sad Goodbye 💔

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that our lovely shop in Seaford will be closing its doors.

After an emotional four wonderful years, we have sadly reached the point where we can no longer continue. Over the last eight months, we have seen a significant decline in footfall and, like so many small businesses, we have been affected by the rising costs of everything from energy and rates to stock and day-to-day running expenses. We had hoped to hold on until after the summer, but unfortunately, due to staffing issues, this is no longer possible.

Our final day will be confirmed, however it will be within the next couple of weeks. We would love to see as many of you as possible before we close our doors for the last time.

We have been incredibly fortunate to have the most amazing customers. The support, kind reviews, feedback, and loyalty you have shown us over the years have meant the world. Sadly, despite all of that, it is no longer enough to make the business sustainable.

While the shop may be closing, this isn’t completely goodbye. We will still be offering our outside catering services and our horse box will continue attending events across Sussex. We are also planning a number of pop-up evenings in various locations, so you’ll still be able to get your crepe fix!

Looking back, we realise just how much this little shop has meant to so many people—and to us. We’ve watched children grow up, celebrated countless birthdays, served wonderful afternoon teas, welcomed families year after year, and shared special Mother’s Day celebrations with so many lovely mums. Along the way, we’ve built friendships that we will treasure forever.

Serving this community has been an absolute pleasure and a privilege. The memories we’ve made together will stay with us always.

This is an incredibly sad time for us, but we hope you’ll come and help us give the shop the send-off it deserves over the coming weeks.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your support, kindness, and friendship over the last four years.
