We are writing this post with a heavy heart and disappointment to inform you all of some sad news.

We have decided to make the difficult decision to leave the pub. We feel in our 4 years here we have been put up against many challenges leading us to the situation we are in today.

Just as we were starting to see a peak in the business, COVID struck causing us to lose stock & many months of trade, like every other pubs and restaurant we were given hoops to jump through, restrictions to follow with social distancing, restricted groups of who could be sat together, only being able to drink with a substantial meal, the list goes on. Covid has massively changed people's way of socialising and getting trade going again after covid was, and still is a climb we continue to face, however now with the cost of living crisis, prices rising the overheads are outweighing the trade.

Over the next few weeks you will see changes in the pub as things are wound down and we do apologise for any inconvenience, at present we have no timescale however when we know more we will keep everyone updated.

This is not a decision we have taken lightly, we love the pub, love the village and love the job we do, however we have had to make these decisions based on facts and circumstances beyond our control and the situation we now find ourselves in.

To those who have supported us and the pub in our 4 years we truly thank you.

Good morning

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and we would like to wish all our customers a very happy new year.

Just a reminder we are closed today and tomorrow, Chloe and Brandon are enjoying their well deserved days off, many thanks for all their hard work we appriciate you both massively and we are spending a day with our beautiful children before they return to school/ childcare tomorrow.
Not a massive rest as we are back open Thursday 4pm
pizza night from 4pm and quiz starts at 8pm ! Still £400 to be won!!!
