What a night! ❤️

A huge thank you to Forever Queen for putting on an absolutely incredible show last night. The atmosphere in the garden was something really special and it was amazing to see so many of you singing every word from start to finish.

To everyone who came along, bought a drink, grabbed some food, danced, sang and supported us… thank you. We never take your support for granted, and weekends like this remind us just how lucky we are to have such an amazing community around The Crown.

Now… let’s do it all again next weekend! 🍻🎶

🎸 Friday from 6pm – Cruise Control – Party Band return to get the weekend started with a huge night of live music and all your favourite party anthems.

🎤 Saturday from 4pm – we’re bringing you a fantastic double bill with Absolute Amy, the viral Amy Winehouse tribute that’s taken social media by storm, followed by an incredible Lily Allen Tribute for an afternoon and evening packed with iconic hits.

Last night was one of those nights that reminds us exactly why we do what we do. ❤️

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came along and packed out our garden for 19Eighties. The atmosphere from the very first song right through to the last was absolutely incredible, and seeing so many of you singing, dancing and making memories together was something really special.

To the guys in 19Eighties… thank you for an absolutely phenomenal set. You had the place bouncing all night and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to kick off the weekend. 👏🎸

And to every single person who bought a drink, ordered some food, shared a post, told their friends or simply chose to spend their evening with us… thank you. Supporting independent venues like ours genuinely means the world, and we never take it for granted.

But we’re not done yet… 👀👑

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable person to join our busy bar team at The Crown in Selsey.

This is a genuine full-time position offering approximately 35–50 hours per week, depending on the needs of the business and your availability.

💷 £12.50–£13.75 per hour, depending on experience

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has previous bar or hospitality experience
✅ Is confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment
✅ Is friendly, reliable and comfortable speaking with customers
✅ Works well as part of a team
✅ Is available for evenings, weekends and busy event days
✅ Takes pride in keeping the bar clean, stocked and running smoothly

The Crown is a busy, independent pub, restaurant and entertainment venue with live music, DJs, major sporting events and a packed summer calendar. No two shifts are ever quite the same!
