Good Morning,
As you all know we love to show you day to day running of what we do and be transparent! When developing the new shop we took big punt on investing in one of the best frying ranges available in market KFE.

The big reason for this was we could triple filter our oil at end of every shift & ensure best quality oil along with that chance to clean out and maintain our pans before the oil goes back in. The better the oil the better the fry performance.

So we undertake filtering of every pan every day to bring you best possible fry we can! Thank you to KFE for being wonderful company which supports us to become the best we can.

Received news this morning that she’s only gone & been recognised by the No.1 trade press in the industry! In a male dominated industry & friers this makes it even more satisfying 🙌🏽
