Another year round the sun for Bragazzis as we close until the 5th January 2026.
Despite all the endless challenges this year, your loyalty, support and goodwill has shone through yet again and for that , we thank you all sincerely.

Well , what is the difference?
In essence , a quality panettone is determined by the quality of ingredients and the time it takes to produce.
A premium panettone will contain top quality ingredients including actual butter, a generous amount of quality fruit and a process in production that is often rushed in large scale production.
A quality panettone uses a natural sourdough starter which takes around 3 to 5 days to naturally leaven, this takes time and skill to master.
The result in production and ingredients used in a premium panettone presents with a complex , deep flavoured and light textured panettone often missed by larger scale production.
