From the hills of Eastern Uganda, Butawa is a vibrant washed coffee produced by 209 smallholder farmers working with The Coffee Gardens.

Expect a juicy cup with notes of vanilla, stone fruits and cola, balanced by bright acidity and a silky body. Roasted light to showcase the clean, sweet and expressive character of this exceptional Ugandan lot.

A vibrant anaerobic natural Red Bourbon from Nyamasheke, bursting with juicy fruit sweetness, bright acidity & a silky body.

BANK HOLIDAY OPENING TIMES ☕

We’ll be closed for the Late May Bank Holiday weekend from Saturday–Monday, reopening Tuesday as usual.

The roastery will be roasting & shipping right up to Friday, and the coffee shop is open as normal through Friday for all your pre-weekend coffee needs.

🇵🇪 Moyobamba, Peru — smooth and balanced with notes of plum, orange, baker’s chocolate and hazelnut. A dependable, everyday cup with plenty of sweetness.

🇸🇻 Bosque Lya, El Salvador — bright and expressive, bursting with red fruits, nectarine and pineapple, rounded off with caramel.

Our Coffee Shop will be open at 9.30am - 2.30pm on Saturday the 9th May.

With brews, retail beans, and baked goods available as standard like a normal week day.

We’re also organising a social jog from the Roastery at 10am SAT 9TH MAY - ROASTERY RUN

MEET AT 9.45AM
FOR A 10AM Start
Join us for a relaxed, social jog starting from the Roastery at 10am. We’ll set off together at an easy pace, heading down the canal and looping back along the Don Trail, taking in some of the best local paths along the way. The route is around 5/6 miles in total and should take roughly 50 minutes to an hour, making it suitable for most abilities—no pressure on speed, just a steady run and good company. We’ll finish back where we started at the Roastery.
SPECIAL BONUS is on this weekend a pleasant 5 minutes stroll down the canal tow path.
