🚨Some days remind you that kindness really is contagious🚨

Today, a lovely lady came into Sheffield from Dubai to visit her parents and was on the hunt for a good coffee. After finding that the coffee machine at a nearby shop wasn’t working, she wasn’t sure where to find a really good coffee.

That’s when our wonderful regular, Bob, stepped in.

Instead of just pointing her in the right direction, he told her all about our house coffee blend, asked her to follow his car, walked her into the café, introduced her to us, and then quietly headed home because we didn’t have a free table at the time. He simply said he’d pop back in an hour for his lunch.

Then something beautiful happened.

The lady enjoyed her coffee… and before she left, she quietly paid for Bob’s coffee and lunch as a thank you for his kindness.

When Bob came back later, he couldn’t believe it. Neither could we.

In a world that often feels rushed, today’s little act of kindness reminded us that good people are everywhere. One thoughtful gesture inspired another, and it completely made our day.

So here’s an idea…

We’d love to start a little “Pay It Forward” tradition here at Coffee and…?

If you’d ever like to make someone’s day, you can leave a coffee—or even a lunch—for a complete stranger. We’ll keep it as a surprise until the right person walks through our door.

A small gesture can mean the world to someone, and kindness has a wonderful way of coming full circle.

Thank you, Bob, for being the kind of person who makes our community so special.

And thank you to our lovely visitor from Dubai for reminding us that kindness has no borders.

We’ve been a little quiet on social media lately… but that’s only because we’ve been busy doing what we love most – making great coffee, homemade food and welcoming all your lovely faces through the door.

Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up trying to post the perfect photo or reel, but the truth is we’d rather spend that time perfecting your brunch, baking fresh cakes and making sure everyone leaves with a smile.

If it’s been a little while since your last visit, we’d love to see you again.

Whether you’re after a lazy brunch, one of our homemade cakes, a proper coffee, an iced drink, ice cream in the sunshine, or just a cosy corner to catch up with friends, we’re here waiting for you.

🚨 A little update from us 🚨

From the week commencing 30th June, Coffee and…? will be open Wednesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

After a lot of thought, we’ve decided to make this change to allow us a little more time to rest, recharge and spend time with our family. As a small independent business run by just the two of us, having two days together away from the café will help us continue bringing you the homemade food, cakes, coffee and friendly atmosphere that we love creating every day.

This change will help us continue doing what we love most – serving you homemade food, beautiful homemade cakes, specialty coffee and creating the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes Coffee and…? so special.

We’ll still be here Wednesday to Sunday with all your favourites:

• Breakfast & brunch
