The seal of approval from the local community – this pub has all that and more! 👏🏻🍻

Thanks to our fantastic Property Team, a £480k investment has marked the start of an exciting new chapter for The Bramford C**k in Ipswich. 🤩

The beautiful transformation was all about putting the pub back at the heart of its community – creating a warm, welcoming, family-oriented destination that the whole village can be proud of.

Led by new Management Partner, Jenny, the vision was clear: to be a brilliant village local offering outstanding food, friendly service and a great atmosphere, seven days a week – and it’s a big tick all round! ✅

A huge thank you to everyone involved in helping this pub spread its wings once again. It’s an exciting investment and a bright future for Jenny and the team! 🍻

We’re delighted to announce that The Windsor Castle N2 has done it – they are officially the BII’s Licensee of the Year 2026 winners! 🤩👏🏻

An incredible achievement for a fantastic team, led by Eamonn and Arina, who strive each and every day to inspire those moments and deliver five-star service.

When they found out they were finalists, they said: “This award really does mean a lot and will enable us to showcase all our achievements – our passion for hospitality, continued positive growth and development, our amazing team, and, above all else, our commitment to and love of our local community. Without you, we wouldn’t be here.

“In 2022, we took on a small backstreet pub that hadn’t been doing too well. We put our hearts and souls into making it special and made a real effort to connect with the local community. The Windsor Castle is now a much-loved community asset – for the community, with the community at its heart.”

Simply incredible – the whole Punch team could not be prouder.

In this exciting investment at The Three Little Pigs, Crediton, our team listened to guests and the wider community to deliver a thoughtful refresh that locals can be proud of.

Building on something already fantastic and unique, the light-touch changes have been warmly welcomed by the community, who are delighted to see the pub’s character carefully retained.

What did we do?
🍻 Refurbished and reconfigured the bar and enhanced the drinks offering
☀️ Refreshed the outdoor area in time for summer
🍽️ Introduced a new food menu with something for everyone to enjoy

At the heart of it all is the legacy of former landlady Sandra and her late husband Maurice, who created a warm, community-driven pub at the centre of the market town.

A true gem to be proud of. Well done to the whole team, and best of luck to James and Heidi, our new Management Partners. 👏🏻

We recently unveiled one of our latest investments close to home, with the transformation of The Coronation, Alvaston, Derby.

Known for its lively entertainment and family-friendly atmosphere, the pub has been restored to the heart of the community just in time for summer (and the World Cup, of course!). 🍻☀️⚽

Leading the pub’s new chapter is Management Partner Tania, who shared her appreciation for the community’s support: “The response since reopening has been fantastic, and it’s been great to see both familiar faces and new customers enjoying the new look and atmosphere. With a packed summer of events ahead, we’re excited to build on The Coronation’s role as a hub for the local community.”

A new face at the helm, a refreshed identity, and a full refurbishment throughout – that’s something to celebrate.

⚽🏆 The World Cup is finally here – and it’s shaping up to be a huge week of sport! 🏆⚽

The tournament gets underway this Thursday as hosts Mexico take on South Africa, with kick-off at 8pm.

There are plenty of other big games to look forward to, including Scotland’s opening group match against Haiti on Sunday at 2am in what already looks like a crucial fixture. Meanwhile, two of the tournament favourites go head-to-head on Saturday at 11pm as Brazil face Morocco, currently ranked 6th and 7th in the world.

Although England don't begin their World Cup campaign this week, they do have one final warm-up match against Costa Rica on Wednesday at 9pm.

🥊 Away from football, attention turns to the boxing ring as Tommy Fury takes on Eddie Hall in a PPV showdown. Undercard action starts from 6pm, with the main event expected around 10pm.

🏎️ In Formula 1, the championship heads to Barcelona following an eventful Monaco Grand Prix, where Kimi Antonelli secured his fifth consecutive victory, extending his impressive run at the top of the standings.

What and absolutely amazing day yesterday for the first ever Sidmouth community pride, there was a lot of singing, dancing, glitter, colour, and most of all love

We would like to say a massive thank you to the following people:

Kyle Finn- for opening up pride with Sidmouth pride anthem that he wrote
Dance Dynamix- for getting everyone up dancing with your swift moves
Amy Rushton- who was a power house queen with amazing vocals
Winnie Hoe- who sang and entertained the kids
Miss Hannah's Dance School- the kids were absolutely amazing with their dance moves
Harmoniq- for closing the day of pride with some classics

Then in the evening we would like to thanks

Cleo Toris- for your amazing vocals and entertaining everyone with your banter
James- for ending the night DJing with R&B to D&B and filling the pub with dancers
