After an unforgettable four incredible years, our journey at Silverburn Shopping Centre has come to an end.
As a small independent business from Ayr, being given the opportunity to bring our passion for Scottish brunch and dining to the heart of Glasgow has been nothing short of a dream. We are immensely proud of everything we’ve achieved and will forever be grateful for the opportunity.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the owners of Silverburn and every member of their team for their continued support, professionalism and encouragement throughout the years. It has truly been appreciated.
Most importantly, we want to thank you—our amazing customers.
Whether you visited us every week, celebrated special occasions with us, recommended us to friends and family, or simply stopped by for a coffee and a smile, you became part of the Stàilinn family. Your loyalty, kindness and support have meant more to us than words can ever express. You helped turn our vision into something truly special, and for that we will be forever grateful.
This isn’t goodbye—it’s simply the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
We are thrilled to announce that Stàilinn Scottish Kitchen will be reopening in Ayr over the coming weeks, and we cannot wait to welcome you all into our new home. We hope our wonderful Glasgow regulars will make the trip down to sunny Ayrshire to visit us, where we’ll continue serving the Scottish food, warm hospitality and friendly atmosphere you’ve come to know and love.
