Morning Ritual by the Sea has been created as a gentle way to begin your day. A space to slow down, take a breath and reconnect before the demands of daily life begin.

Held in our beautiful seafront space overlooking the coast, each session will offer an opportunity to cultivate calm, clarity and intention.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have a practice, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

Evening folk

Well that’s a wrap on Father’s Day, the Summer Solstice, and Aimee’s last Sunday before she starts her maternity leave! ☀️💙

What a truly special day it has been, I’d like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who chose to spend part of it with us. Whether you joined us for breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake, or simply popped in to say hello, your support means so much to me, mine and of course….

A huge thank you also goes to my team. While most people were still asleep, our staff were up from 2:30am preparing breakfasts, setting up, and getting everything ready to welcome you through the doors. Their hard work, dedication, and smiles throughout a very busy day never go unnoticed, and I am incredibly grateful for every single one of them. They are the heart of what we are trying to do.

Today was made even more special as it was Aimee’s last Sunday before she begins her maternity leave. We know many of you have enjoyed seeing her each week, this girl has been with me from the very beginning and I/we’d like to wish her all the love and happiness as she starts this exciting new chapter. I will miss her greatly, and so will the staff but we can’t wait to meet the newest little member of the extended café family.

Thank you again to everyone who visited, supported us, and helped create such a wonderful atmosphere on a day that celebrated the longest day of the year.

Thank you for making it such a memorable Father’s Day, Summer Solstice and our Aimz last Sunday 💛☀️✨💙🍼

🌅 What a beautiful Solstice morning.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for breakfast and watched the sunrise with us.

There’s something special about starting the longest day of the year by the sea, surrounded by good people, good food, and a view like that.

That feeling when you sit by the sea, watch the waves roll in, and everything seems to slow down for a moment.

The stress eases, the mind quiets, and you remember what really matters.

We’re lucky to experience a little of that every day here at Seascape. Whether it’s a morning coffee, breakfast with friends, or simply taking in the view, we hope our corner of the coast gives you a chance to pause and reconnect.

We’re so grateful for your support and for choosing to spend part of your very early morning with us.
