Full-Time Kitchen Team Member – 30 Hours Per Week

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our busy pub kitchen team.

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week over 4 days, with a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts. Some weekend working will be required, but not every weekend.

Main Responsibilities

* Preparing fresh ingredients and food items for service
* Assisting with the cooking of pub classics and daily specials
* Plating and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
* Supporting the kitchen team during busy lunch and evening services
* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
* Keeping kitchen areas clean, organised and well stocked
* Assisting with stock rotation and general kitchen duties as required

About You

* Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service periods
* Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality food
* Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
* Flexible to work a rota that includes some weekends
