WE’RE HIRING – FOH ASSISTANT MANAGER

Nova Forest Kitchen is looking for a Front of House Assistant Manager.

This is a key role in the business. If you’re not motivated, organised and ready to lead from the front, this isn’t for you.

We want someone who takes pride in what they do, holds high standards and actually cares about the guest experience and the team around them.

We want someone with drive. We are not looking for someone to be carried by the team.

What we expect:

• Outstanding customer care, every time
• Confident dealing with emails, bookings and guests
• Able to think fast, solve problems and stay calm under pressure
• A strong work ethic, no passengers
• Someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done
• Highly organised and able to multitask without dropping standards
• Clean, tidy and presentable at all times
• Comfortable using a computer and systems
• Confident supporting rota writing and team organisation
• Works closely with the team to keep everything running properly
• Brings ideas, enjoys planning events and wants to improve the business

• Bonus if you drive
