Are you a passionate kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our busy city centre pub kitchen, delivering great food, maintaining high standards, and inspiring a talented team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Leading and motivating the kitchen team
✅ Managing food preparation and service to Greene King standards
✅ Controlling stock, ordering, and kitchen budgets
✅ Ensuring excellent food safety and hygiene compliance
✅ Driving consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction
✅ Recruiting, training, and developing team members
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Senior Kitchen Leader
🔹 Strong leadership and people management skills
🔹 Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
🔹 Ability to manage costs, stock, and labour effectively
🔹 A positive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality
