Back catering at The Lancrigg once again, this time for the wedding of Mr & Mrs Fullick 💍✨

We were delighted to serve our Southern Slow Roast menu for 36 guests as family and friends gathered to celebrate their special day in the beautiful Lake District setting.

It certainly was incredibly hot last Thursday! ☀️🔥

Lisa booked us to cater for the team at Lookers Škoda after they smashed their targets and sold the highest number of service plans and this was part of their well-earned prize! 👏

We served up fish, chips, and mushy peas for 60 people, keeping everyone fuelled despite the scorching temperatures!

A huge congratulations to the team and thanks for having us along to celebrate your success. 🍟🐟

Back catering in Kendal for Lauren! 🔥🍽️

This time we catered for 120 guests, serving up our delicious Southern Slow Roast menu including our brisket, pulled pork, Cajun chicken, sausages aswell as mixed fries, coleslaw, mac & cheese, mixed salad, and our vegan jackfruit! It was certainly plenty of amazing food to keep everyone happy.

We always love returning for repeat bookings, and it’s fantastic to see familiar faces coming back to us again and again. Thank you, Lauren, for having us once more!

What a wedding celebration for Simon and Phill on Saturday at Coppermines Mountain Weddings 🥂🎉

Guests were welcomed with an incredible selection of canapés including Yorkshire puddings, halloumi bites, Indian favourites, and smoked salmon which was the perfect start to a fantastic day.

For the main event we served up lamb and hog roast with all the trimmings meaning plenty of happy plates all round! 🍽️

Desserts included profiteroles and lemon tarts before we fired things back up later in the evening with a barbecue to keep the celebrations going well into the night 🔥

The feedback from Simon and Phill was amazing, they were absolutely thrilled with both the food and the excellent service from our team, which always means the world to us.

Congratulations again to you both and thank you for letting us be part of such a brilliant day ❤️
