The Evening Food market is on the Sheep Market serving from 5pm until 8:30pm.

The aim is to simply provide a space for food trucks to ply their trade and compliment the local night-time economy in the area.

We know of:

thecourtyard will be having a later close
The Snug Micro Pub will be welcoming customers in with food bought from the street market
St Ives Electric Riverboat Co; Cambs. are running boat trips from the quay.

The weather is looking to be nice and dry - why not pop down and check out what the area has to offer?

They bring people together and bring life to our cities, towns and villages, but they're under huge pressure from rising costs.

In the UK, you pay one of the highest VAT rates in Europe. 20% extra in VAT for your pint, meal out or stay away. In France, Spain and Italy, it's 10%. In Germany? 7%.

Our message to Government is simple. Let's stand together to say VAT at 10% is fair for hospitality.
