Turmeric & Za’atar.
Our Za’atar is a blend of Sumac, Thyme, Cumin, Coriander, Paprika and Nigella seeds. Spicing up this sourdough. We also throw in some Khorasan along side the wheat flour for some added sweetness.
This week bread specials are Heavy on the whole grains. The wholewheat country is a wheat heavy tweak on our ‘country’ loaf. Being 50% stoneground shipton wholewheat flour. Alongside the Einkorn Tin which is packed full of whole grain einkorn and spelt.
Our Oat Porridge loaf had been jazzed up with a drizzle of honey and a pinhead oatmeal through the dough!
