Capture & Calm Walks began when I needed to slow down and find calm while caring for my daughter with complex needs.
MY PURPOSE
Through nature, light, and colour,
I capture small moments that bring a sense of calm and connection.
MY MISSION
My artwork is designed to bring calm into everyday spaces and encourage people to pause, notice, and reconnect .
