Why not come and join the Hardwick Arms Hotel team?

A great opportunity has come up with the continued success of our business to restart the breakfast service at the Hotel.

It is a part time or casual Chef/Cook position mainly for cooking breakfasts covering with the 2 positions, 7 days a week with overlapping shifts and 2 days off minimum per week.

Salary is based on minimum wage + 5%

Possibly some lunches and prep work for party food as well.

Full training will be given.

You will though need to be able to cope with the rush of early breakfast service, taking the orders, cooking and serving it, taking payment for public walk ins or extras. Delivery breakfasts are also planned and will require preparation for the deliveries.

Shifts can be flexible on rotation to cover the following:-

Week day shifts 7.00am-10.30am.
Week end shifts 7.30am-1.30pm.

Duties:
Preparing Food to Order to dine in and takeaway
Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible
Collect and wash up pots and pans.
Clean food preparation areas and equipment.
Keep the KP area clean and organised.
Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness
Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
What we can offer you:
We can offer you an exciting opportunity within the relaunch of The Hardwick Arms Takeaway (THAT), based on your current skills and knowledge we will set you some tailored goals, tasks and training working under our experienced Chef.
You will also have the opportunity to join the company pension scheme, Flexible shifts and up to 28 days holiday. We will also consider self employed contractors.
Full-time and Part-time positions available offering a competitive salary.
Applicants must be available to work weekends and will get at least 2 days off a week with overtime available during busy periods.
