To raise awareness for Coeliac UK and Coeliac Awareness Month all our cakes this week at tomorrows cafe will be Gluten Free.

Coeliac disease is a chronic autoimmune condition where the immune system mistakenly attacks the lining of the small intestine when gluten is consumed, affecting 1 in 100 people. It causes nutrient malabsorption, leading to symptoms like diarrhea, stomach pain, and fatigue. The only treatment is a lifelong, strict gluten-free diet.

🌼 A new community garden is being opened with an afternoon tea celebration this June.

The Crossing Community Garden opening celebration takes place at Church at the Crossing on Sunday 7 June, from 2.30pm to 4pm.

Organisers say the garden will be a space for quiet reflection, sunshine, and gardening club activities.
