Thank you to everyone for the well wishes on my first anniversary, it has certainly been a whirlwind but I wouldn't change it for the world!! If my mum and dad were still here they would be the heart and soul of the place ( or in dad's case eating all the profit 'tasting' the cakes)!! I can't believe it has been one year since I took the plunge and took over here at Fig and Olive. The last 12 months have certainly been interesting, there have been a few hard days but definitely a lot more good ones!

I want to send a huge thank you to my staff, who bring the cafe to life everyday (and (mostly!) keep me sane!), family and friends for all their help and advice and the customers for their continued support, I couldn't have made it through this year without you all🥰

I am proud of what we have achieved over the last year and excited for what's ahead.

Here's to year one and many more to come 😊☕

I know it's slightly early but I wanted to get in before social media goes mad and wish my family, friends and especially my staff and customers a happy and prosperous 2026! It has been a whirlwind of a year and I couldn't have done the last 8 months without the staff that have stood by me and the customers old and new (and also the support of my family and friends)😊. Just a reminder that we will be closed from the 1st to the 12th of January inclusive, reopening at 10am on Tuesday the 13th of January. There may be a few surprises when we reopen so look forward to seeing you all in 2026🎇🎉♥️
