While out picking green pinecones with the only container to hand being a tophat(!?) i came across a lurid bolete and several bee orchids! Carrying on i came across a lizard orchid! Something ive never seen before! Not in flower so will be popping keeping an eye. Will try and post a pic when it does.

Linden flowers were infused with gin last year now theyve had a second infusion with beech leaves to make what i call ‘Noyau’. It tastes fruity, herbal, perfumed. With ice and lemon its real good. First time doing it with linden flowers.

Just placing my veg order (picking Nettles) for my Pop-up on Friday 17th april. Ive gone wild food in a Desi style: vada pav, wild garlic pakoras, Nettle Dhal… all the chutneys and sauces. Come and stuff your faces.
