Great morning in the sun down at valley road community park for the kids from and their grown ups. The kids definitely deserved their ice pops to cool down after working so hard. A huge thanks to Invigor8 North East CIC Ltd for letting us pop down to their amazing football pitch

A huge thank you to Suzanne Duncan memorial trophy for running a fabulous charity event at Durham college Peterlee and making us feel welcome on our 1st day out along with our fellow traders. We had a fab day and can't wait to get back out, hope you all enjoyed yourself and our food 😊

Hi guys trailer is ready for loading then off we go tomorrow to our 1st big event 😁

What better way to start a new adventure than with a charity event😍

If you've missed us, fancy a fun day out with or without the kids for a good cause or want to get outside and watch some football why not drop by we'll be by the pitch with our double dip chips and breakfast sandwiches you all love, jumbo hot dogs, 1/4lb burgers and a whopper of a 1/2lb burger made just for this event with a donation from every 1/2lb burger going to the charities

Finally got to test the equipment out 😍 coffee machine is now up and running and programmed to our personal beans. Fridges, hob etc all running too.

We have some fab fun food options for events now as well 😁 Need up to 200 hot dogs available in 1 sitting?... No problem for our hot dog machine. Need upto 400 donuts in 1 hour?... Yep you guessed it our donut machine can handle it.

Can't wait to hit the road with these

A huge thank you to DWX graffics for designing our new social media logos, menu design, business cards and loyalty cards. The exterior now has our new logo on with Caffè 207 logo to be added later and new uniforms are in the process of being embroided 😍 with our additional equipment to arriving tomorrow we're almost ready to hit the road 😁

It's been a few weeks since we last gave you guys an update so here it is. A few loose ends to tie up but we're pretty much good to go! Additional equipment should arrive next week with some fab fun food options then just need to load in the knives and pans, safety checks, external logos and order the stock 😁

Week 2 progress
This week we've sanded, painted and painted some more 🎨 just need to logo her up and fit a few trims to improve the look of the hatch and that's the outside completed. Extractor fitted, new windows and internal trims have started to be fitted. As well as work on the van our new house sauce recipe has been finalised, trial run on a new pie flavour and our donut recipe has been perfected 😋

1st week progress... 1 side of the interior fully ripped out, walls recovered, main worktop in, flooring down on that side of the trailer and with the weather being on our side the bodywork has been repaired and the respray has begun
