The Travellers Rest is looking for an experienced part-time cleaner to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, has a great eye for detail, and takes pride in keeping our pub spotless.

Experience is essential.

The role includes:
✨ 1.5–2 hours per day (days to be discussed)
✨ Morning shifts, finishing before 10am
✨ Some weekend work
✨ Holiday cover when required

England’s 1am World Cup match is GOING AHEAD! 🏆⚽🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

We still have a limited number of tickets available, but over half have already gone! If you’re planning on watching the game with us, make sure you pop in and collect yours today before they’re all gone.

🎟️ Tickets are £10 each and are fully redeemable at the bar on entry. This isn’t an entry fee – it’s simply to help us control numbers and make sure we have the right amount of staff on for the night.

⏰ Important information:
• Non-ticket holders must leave the premises by 11:00pm.
• Ticket holders must be inside by 12:00am (midnight).
• NO TICKET = NO ENTRY.

Once they’re gone, they’re gone!

We will be staying open at The Travs for England’s 1am kick-off on Monday morning! 🍻⚽

As many of you have supported us throughout the tournament, customers who have attended two or more previous England games at The Travs, along with our regular customers, will have first refusal on tickets until Saturday at 3pm, before any remaining spaces are released to the general public.

🎟 Tickets are £10 per person and the full £10 is redeemable against drinks at the bar on arrival, so this isn’t an entry fee. It simply allows us to guarantee numbers, staff correctly and make sure those who have supported us throughout the tournament don’t miss out.

Please note:
✅ Limited capacity
✅ Advance tickets only
✅ £10 redeemable against drinks on arrival
✅ No refunds for no-shows
✅ Customers without a ticket will need to leave the premises by 11pm
✅ Ticket holders must be in the pub by 12am (midnight) at the latest to guarantee entry

Unfortunately, due to licensing and capacity restrictions, only ticket holders will be permitted to remain in the pub after 11pm.
