It's been a little while since we last checked in, and we just wanted to say one thing… thank you. 🤍
When we opened the doors to Colliery Smokehouse, we had big dreams, but we could never have imagined the support we've received over the past few months. Seeing so many familiar faces return week after week, alongside so many new ones discovering us, is something we'll never take for granted.
Every booking, every recommendation, every review, every message and every kind word has helped us grow. We're equally grateful for the feedback you've shared with us too. We read it all, we listen, and we're constantly looking at ways to improve because we want every visit to be better than the last.
As we continue to grow, so does our vision for the Smokehouse. Over the next few weeks, we'll be introducing some exciting new changes to our menus, some additions we've been working hard behind the scenes to perfect... and yes, breakfast could finally be making an appearance. 😉🍳
With that growth comes the opportunity to welcome more people into our team. We're currently looking for experienced bartenders and servers who share our passion for great hospitality, quality service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
