Creating this cake in the UKs hottest ever June heatwave was an experience to say the least 🤣. But it turned out so fabulous in the end. It was all worth it.

It was a pleasure to work with you both.
The day looked amazing. 😍

This couple chose to celebrate their big day by adding a Dessert Table to their buffet style Wedding Reception.
A combination of Belgian Chocolate Brownies, Classic Millionaire shortbread, Lemon Blondies and my favourite Mini Cookies, these are always a bit hit with everyone.

All accompanied with a 2 tier Red Velvet, Lambeth style cake. ❤️

A huge Congratulations to this beautiful couple.

This is a story you have to read....

I first met Kailey back in 2024 at a fayre.
We had a wonderful discussion about her dream to have a fully Vegan Wedding Cake.
I told her how I had developed some Vegan Flavours and wished to develop this further, and she seemed game for the ride!

Then out of the blue, Kailey won the raffle at the fayre and asked that the prize money be spent to booking her Wedding Cake with myself. It was a huge honour.

The challenge was set, research and develop more of my Vegan recipes. Its not as simple as just making up some flavours.
I had to consider texture, structure, would it travel and of course while keeping it super tasty.

Well, above is the end result, and I was super proud of it.
I will be rolling out my full Vegan Wedding Cakes soon on the website.
