Good Morning All
We have made a few changes to our opening times today and will likely last until Saturday morning.
We will be open from 10am serving food upto 6:30pm. Bar will remain open until 11:00pm.
Whilst I appreciate, people will say we should carry on and others would say it’s a good call.
We the good old British public are not geared up for the hot weather and whilst some love it, some people are not so great with it.
This actually tells us in our sales, believe it or not it can be too hot for people to come out.
The main and actual reason we are doing this is my team work incredibly hard all year round with many of them being with us some years.
I do not like to see them suffering in the kitchen and out front with the heat. Of course they will have trips to the cellar they will have longer breaks. But for me they deserve more, whilst we still try and make a business work.
Whatever you think and whatever you do, wherever you go and whoever serves you, whilst you are melting. Just remember your servers, and remember it’s hot for everyone.
