Celebrating the new dram from The Isle of Harris Distillery with our petit fours on our tasting menu this week:

🥃Hearach jelly
🍫White chocolate, Oloroso ganache

You may also be have been lucky enough to taste during a whisky experience on the launch day of the new whisky.

Eva, our wine representative from Corney & Barrow will be on the island and joining us on the evening of the 24th. She’ll be showcasing our new wine pairings to accompany the current seasonal menu.

Each time we update our menu, Eva carefully selects wines to complement the dishes, and it’s always a fantastic experience for both our diners and our team. We are so pleased that she can join us in person this week!

While we do recommend the wine pairing to enhance our dining experience, we will also have our usual drinks list with cocktails, mocktails ect to be ordered individually.
