We are so super excited to announce that we went and did a thing.... A naughty thing as we can't afford it... But we can't afford not to either.
So staff told us how they are melting at work and we had to agree with them as Jasmine and I are suffering so much too in the KITCHEN especially... .. So we have had AIR CONDITIONING installed!
James and the Team from STAXSON in Sittingbourne did a wonderful, fast, efficient and clean job.
I can highly recommend them! They offer domestic and commercial air-conditioned fit outs. Get in touch for all your air-conditioning needs x

Yay! Hopefully happier staff and more comfortable customers too!?
If you have a relative or friend who gets chilly, please prompt them to bring a cardy, as I would like to gain customers not lose any xx

Hey everyone... How are you all now that the weather seems to be a little cooler?

We are certainly appreciating it x

Can I ask where everyone is?
Have we done anything wrong?
Has your experience not been so good?

Jasmine and I both do the kitchen now as we have yet to find someone who we think will perfectly gel with our little team and who is happy to work the shifts that we offer, so I know we are not both out the front all the time, but we do hope you have a great experience when you visit and we would like to know about it if it wasn't so good. To learn x

We have been super quiet for over a week.
Which is devastating to a new little business like us.

We need you now more than ever, so pm if you'd rather or pop in and chat if there was a problem.

I'm hoping it's been the heat and the cost of father's day events and birthdays and weddings. But if we need to know to make changes then we shall suck up and take heath of any constructive criticism ###

Please help to keep us running as times are tough now more than ever with maternity funds to front and ssp, higher wages and a need to invest in aircon... We need you, our customers more than ever to support us please ###

Does anyone know who to contact about this? It's obviously been attended to over the weekend, but not out Dow properly... Its a trip hazard. Not something we have done, but I'm worried for customers and people walking past as its so raised and a trip hazard!?
I can't get it to go down by standing on it... Help appreciated please before someone gets hurt xx

35° 🔥 🥵 🫠 🔥 🥵 🫠 🔥 🥵 🫠 in our little kitchen guys so we have closed early for the safety of the Team. Sorry for any inconvenience caused ###

One day when we can afford proper aircon we shall Install it.(of course anyone who would like to fund it for us, that would be fabulous please haha)
Unfortunately the fans don't help the kitchen Team. So sooner than them get unwell, we closed at 2.30.

So back open tomorrow as usual, but I will close again at 2.30 tomorrow if it's as hot or hotter, so please come early whilst it's cool and help to keep us in business xx thanks so much xx

We have 2 new large industrial fans for you in store that are great, we are putting up more window coverings to make it more comfortable and of course not to forget our delicious iced Frappes, milkshakes, Iced coffees with flavoured syrups and cream and iced teas to help you to relax in these extreme temperatures...
