Apologies for the lack of communication recently 🙈
Sometimes things don't quite go to plan!
But, fear not, we are looking forward to opening our doors early next week! We have everything crossed for Tuesday, but if we're not quite ready we will definitely open midweek. I am so excited to tell you I have found an amazing chef! Welcome Amanda. 🙌
In the last week we managed to find an ice cream supplier from Holsworthy. We will have a brand new coffee machine from of Looe
We also reconfigured the whole kitchen, (including anglegrinding!)stocked our chiller with drinks from
After my near nervous breakdown yesterday, I am feeling very excited for the final stock arrivals and last minute checks for opening!
I will pop on a post for our official opening day, I think it only right that we celebrate our opening with some free glasses of fizz!!! (Details to follow)
