🥪 FRESHLY BAKED LOAVES DAILY 🍞

Still here making and baking sourdough loaves every single day.

They're always fresh out of the oven just after we've opened our doors.

£6.

That's what we charge for our sourdough loaves, made with just three ingredients: flour, water and salt.

Meanwhile, plenty of supermarket "artisan" loaves cost £3–£4, are often half the size, and can come with a much longer ingredients list full of improvers and extras.

Our loaves start at 1.2kg before they even go in the oven, are naturally fermented over days, hand-shaped, and baked on stone decks.

So for a couple of pounds more, you're getting twice the loaf, three simple ingredients, and bread made the way it should be.

🍊 We've had Cult's Orange Co-ferment on our guest espresso over the last few days and you lot have been loving it. There's really not much left in the hopper so get in soon and grab a cup before it all disappears.

🛍️ We've got a fair few retail bags left on the shelf. And there's some absolute bangers. Plus they're almost perfectly rested. So now's a great time to grab a bag.

✨ DECENT SCRAN ✨

I recently realised I never post any photos of our food. Just cakes and bread and you're all probably bored of it.

So here's a few random ones.

The first two photos are of our kimchi omelette. We were umming and aahing at the beginning of the year whether to put this one on the menu as we didn't think anyone would be interested. Turns out, it's one of our best sellers!
And for good reason.

Our house made kimchi in a cheesy omelette atop our house made sourdough with crispy onions, house chilli oil, and spr-onions. What's not to love?

Anyway I'm rambling.
