Summer Salad
Roasted red pepper, cucumber, sun blushed tomatoes, sugar snap peas, pomegranate, sourdough croutons and pumpkin seeds on mixed leaf, finished with a red wine vinaigrette

Pan Fried Catch
Our catch of the day, finished in garlic & dill compound butter, over a bed of mixed leaves with parsley-sautéed potatoes, cucumber and crispy capers

Pesto Chicken
Lemon and herb marinated chicken breast served over a bed of baby spinach and rocket, with sweet cherry tomatoes, crisp mixed peppers, parmesan and sourdough croutons, finished with a fresh basil pesto dressing

Today is Summer’s last day at Babbacombe Bay Café after six wonderful years.

As she leaves, we just wanted to take a moment to thank her and tell her how incredibly proud we are of her.

Her time with us has been filled with hard work, friendships, laughter, memories, challenges and successes, and we know those experiences have helped shape the amazing young woman she has become today.

We are so grateful to everyone who has supported, encouraged and worked alongside her over the years. The friendships she has made and the memories she has created will stay with her for a
lifetime.

Over the years, so many of our customers have watched Summer grow up and become such an important part of the Babbacombe Bay family. Her friendly smile, hard work and brilliant coffee-making skills will be greatly missed by customers and colleagues alike.

While we’re sad to see this chapter come to an end, we know exciting new opportunities and adventures are waiting for her, and we wish her every success and happiness for the future.
