For the past 4 weeks now PROOST has been under new ownershipā€¦ you may remember me from working front of house for the past 7 yearsā€¦ myself (Megan) and our chef, Pez, who has been with us for a few years have taken over šŸ„³šŸ„³

We promise to maintain everything, all the food and service standards, as we have been running services for the past few years. We are so excited as itā€™s a huge opportunity but with being here so long I believe we can just go up and up!
