Meet the newest member of the bistro team…

Monsieur Sebastian de Cerf (Seb the stag to his friends)

Raised in the rolling French countryside (or at least that’s what he tells everyone), Sebastian brings years of experience in:
• supervising Italian waiters
• silently judging your menu choices
• and guarding the cheese and baguettes as if they were national treasures

You’ll usually find him stationed proudly on the wall in his signature beret and scarf, listening to imaginary accordion music and pretending not to understand English.

If you’re heading to Riverfest this Saturday do yourself a favour and find Definitely Cheesecakes.

We don’t usual endorse other people’s cakes (professional rivalry and all that 😏)…but exceptions must be made.

I’ve personally taste tested a reasonable amount 😚 and can confirm they are dangerously good so proceed with zero self control. You won’t be disappointed or care about the calories!
