WE’RE HIRING – JOIN THE DOBOY LEEDS TEAM!

Are you passionate about donuts and great customer service? We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic team membes to join our front-of-house staff!

Position: Front of House
📍 Location: LS4 2BL (Free parking available)
💷 Staff discount included

🕒 Shifts:
* PART TIME -3 DAYS- (including some weekends)
• Hours: 10AM – 6:15 PM

Role Responsibilities:
• Conducting a morning stock count of all donuts and bakes
• Setting up the shop for the day
• Serving customers with donuts and coffee
* Packing daily nationwide orders
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
• End-of-day clean-up

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Outgoing, confident, and customer-focused personality
✔️ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
✔️ Barista experience is essential
✔️ Must be 18+
✔️ Most importantly… a love for donuts!
✔️Must be fully flexible

The Role

We’re looking for someone who can confidently take the spotlight on TikTok Live — engaging viewers, showcasing products, and driving real-time sales.

You’ll be the face of our live sessions, creating fun, interactive, and high-converting streams.

What You’ll Do

✨ Host regular TikTok Shop live sessions
✨ Showcase donuts and desserts in a fun, engaging way
✨ Interact with viewers, answer questions, and build excitement
✨ Drive sales through energy, urgency, and personality
✨ Highlight product features, flavours, and offers
✨ Review live performance and help improve future streams

✨ Confident, energetic, and comfortable on camera
✨ Strong communication skills — friendly and engaging
