The Chequers is operated by Mark and Sandra Duggan who also operate the Red Lion in Cholsey and have previously operated the Three Tuns in Henley on Thames. The Chequers itself is a stunning country pub in the heart of the picturesque and tranquil Oxfordshire village of Berrick Salome just outside Benson and minutes off the A4074 & B4009. ners, bar and dining areas and a private dining space. The property also has a spacious garden complete with enclosed children's swings and slide, a table tennis table and Giant Jenga so for the summer months it offers something for everyone. There is the opportunity for it to be a fabulous place to host a special occasion or event such as a parties, christenings or even a wedding. Day to day we aim to offer great food and drinks delivered with friendly, informal but attentive service, we love it here, we hope you will too...
