🌿💚 Volunteer Week – Thank You from Hendreds Environment Group 💚🌿

As Volunteer Week comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to every single person who gives their time, energy, skills and enthusiasm to Hendreds Environment Group.

Whether you help at the Community Café, support the Community Larder, tend the HEG Grows plot, care for the Bus Stop Book Swap, champion Space for Wildlife, support community events, serve on the committee, or quietly lend a hand behind the scenes – you are what makes HEG possible.

Together, our volunteers contribute thousands of hours every year, helping to reduce waste, support local people, improve biodiversity, create welcoming community spaces and bring people together. Every hour given makes a real difference.

HEG has always been about local people taking positive action for their community and environment, and we are incredibly grateful for everyone who plays a part in that journey.

We’re always looking for new people to get involved. You don’t need any experience, special skills or lots of spare time – just a willingness to help and be part of something positive.
