8am this morning the amazing led a 18 strong team in the Welness Hubs first yoga session.
All abilities, outside, with views of the sea!
Followed by a sauna and coffee. What a way to start the day.

I'm pretty sure staff meetings don't get better than this!
Post Bank Holiday meeting followed by beers and a dip in the sea! We are so bloody lucky to have this gang, some old, some new, some couldn't make it, but all have worked hard to get us through a hot busy weekend and a worldwind of a few months.
Special thanks to for helping us manage the crazy over the last few month and to .oliviaa for being the trusting hands we needed. And a special thanks to who is moving on to full time work. We will miss you and your incredible latte art, smile, positive energy and great taste in music; and the occasional mishap of loosing a tray of pastries!
