We’re Hiring – Part Time Coffee Shop Assistant.
We’re looking for a part time team member (20-25 hours per week, including some weekends and Bank Holidays) to join our friendly, hardworking crew. Early starts required (7am) & a dialled in attention to detail.
Experience in specialty coffee is a big plus, but not essential — full training will be provided.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is keen to learn and develop their skills
• Works well under pressure in a busy environment
• Takes pride in great customer service and goes the extra mile
Attitude matters more to us than experience.
This is a long-term role — not a summer or short-term position. We’re ideally looking for someone who can commit for at least 6–12 months. Pay: £12.71 per hour + tips Holiday: 28 days per year (including Bank Holidays), depending on age.
