We have lots of natural remedies and nutritional supplements at The Good Earth to help you relieve your hayfever this Summer. With hayfever season in full swing, allergies are a hot topic!
From drops to sprays and tablets, we've got it. 👍

There are also some natural remedies you can try at home too:

Apple Cider Vinegar - restores important nutrients in your body and also the alkaline pH which helps with hayfever symptoms.

Turmeric - powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory which helps to eradicate allergens from the body.

Ginger - is a natural antihistamine and a powerful anti-inflammatory  and helps to reduce nasal swelling. Grate a table spoon of fresh ginger and boil it in hot water for 5 minutes to make an effective homemade ginger tea.

Peppermint Essential Oil - really helps to open up the nose and also relieves headaches resulting from stuffed sinuses.

Nettle - is a natural antihistamine which can help reduce the inflammation of the upper respiratory tract and ease nasal congestion, sneezing and itching. Steep a table spoon of loose nettle leaf tea in a cup for 5 minutes, and voilà!

Chamomile Water - is great for calming allergic reactions such as rashes, inflammation and hayfever. It works as a natural antioxidant and antihistamine. Not only is it soothing, it also builds up your reaction to pollen. Always test a little bit first to check chamomile oils aren't a trigger for you.

Witch Hazel - has many uses for skin and natural health but because it is an anti-inflammatory, anti-itch and an antioxidant it can help with sore puffy eyes, insect bites and sunburn.

Our digestive system plays an essential role in our wellbeing, from energy and immunity to mental health.

Let's show our digestive system some love with foods high in fiber, fermented foods, and foods rich in probiotics. Even just by making small changes with these foods alongside a balanced diet and by keeping hydrated will do wonders in supporting your gut health.

Fiber-rich options include whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables. 

Fermented foods are yogurt, kefir, kimchi, and sauerkraut.

Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that can improve gut microbiome diversity. Probiotics are found in garlic, onions, and asparagus and act as food for gut bacteria, promoting their growth.
