We love using 1883 Maison routin syrups ( loved them before blank street 😅)

Our fruit syrups are perfect in our handmade lemonades, iced tea and matchas

4 months of FED! 🤎🥐

Bit late in posting, it's been a strange month.
In all honesty the heat wave nearly killed us, we made not even anywhere near what we needed to make, and haven't really picked up since.

But we have produced some really great cakes, added new salad bowls, and smoothies to our menu, done some really great catering and loved our stall at Bishops castle Carnival.

We've got back to baking fresh bread!

We have said goodbye to some staff members so it's currently just me cooking and baking. And we've said hello to new staff members too.
Welcomed back Charlie from his travels! ( We missed him a lot)

We're excited about the future of FED, but scared for it's longevity in all honesty, one more week like the last heatwave and that would be the end for us.
