The Wine Garden is almost ready… and our little residents have already settled in to keep an eye on things.
They’ve watched the space come together, approved the new menu, and they’re patiently waiting to welcome you in.

Soon you’ll be able to enjoy:
• Beautiful red wines made for slow summer evenings
• Fresh new dishes perfect for sharing, grazing, and relaxing outdoors
• A garden space designed for sunshine, good company, and those long summer nights we all look forward to

We’re adding the final touches now — the food, the setting, the atmosphere, and of course, making sure our residents are happy in their new home.

The Wine Garden didn’t build itself…

It took 22 tonnes of stones,
2.14 cubic metres of concrete for the bar base,
and a serious amount of timber to bring this place to life.

Massive thank you to everyone who helped make it happen — especially the legends at Lothian DIY and Building Supplies for keeping every delivery spot‑on.

Every Wednesday, you can enjoy any two steaks from our menu… and you’ll only be charged for one of them.

Steak choices:

• Filetto di Manzo (Fillet) — £31.10
• Costata di Manzo (Ribeye) — £29.90
• Controfiletto (Sirloin) — £26.60

What you actually pay:

The price is based on whichever steak you choose that costs the most — the second steak is completely free.

Examples:

• Two Fillets → £31.10
• Fillet + Ribeye → £31.10
• Ribeye + Sirloin → £29.90
• Two Sirloins → £26.60

Included every time:

• Your choice of peppercorn, Diane, or whisky sauce
