Yes, believe it or not, underneath the flour, butter, chocolate and general baking chaos... I do actually scrub up alright! 😆

Take it all in... because this well-groomed, presentable version of me has roughly 10 hours left to live. At 5:30am tomorrow, Bakezilla roars into life, the kitchen descends into absolute carnage, and I'll once again be covered head to toe in butter, chocolate, icing sugar and questionable life choices. 😂

BUT... that does mean one very important thing...

🎂 FRESH BAKES ARE BACK TOMORROW! 🎂

I'll be baking fresh all day, ready for delivery tomorrow evening across Weston, Clevedon, Yatton, Banwell, Congresbury and Nailsea.

⏰ Set your alarms for 2pm tomorrow! Set your partner's alarm... your neighbour's alarm... your nan's alarm... heck, set the cat's alarm if you can! That's when I'll reveal exactly what delicious chaos has been created in the kitchen.

Firstly... yes... I know... I've been a bit MIA lately! 😳

I promise I haven't abandoned you all or run away to join a travelling circus (although at this point that sounds less stressful than baking in a heatwave! 😂).

I've been buried under custom cake orders while simultaneously trying not to spontaneously combust in the ridiculous temperatures we've been having! Honestly, my kitchen has been less "professional cake studio" and more "the fiery pits of Mustafar." 🔥🌋

Bakezilla has been working overtime, I've been melting faster than buttercream in the sun, and I'm fairly certain I lost about three stone purely through sweating. 🤣

BUT... THE GOOD NEWS IS...

🎉 Fresh selection boxes will be BACK this Wednesday! 🎉

Everything will be baked fresh on Wednesday and delivered Wednesday evening around Weston, Clevedon, Yatton, Banwell, Congresbury and Nailsea... and I absolutely cannot wait to get back to filling your homes with cake instead of just filling mine with heat-induced regret. 😂
