With its rustic wooden beams, charming stone floors and welcoming staff this pub is perfect for a relaxing day out. We are now serving hearty breakfasts from 9am and we also have two new boutique bed and breakfast apartments, nestled into the arches where the old stables used to stand. We have a light and airy conservatory which can be closed off from the main restaurant and opened up to the garde

n, making it the perfect place to hold an event or a meeting. Our serving times are:
Mon to Thurs - 9am - 2pm
Fri - 9am - 2.30pm
Sat - 9am - 9pm
Sun - 10am - 6pm

What a fantastic evening hosting Club RetroTorque and their Classic Car Meet! 🚗

The atmosphere was brilliant, with an amazing selection of classic cars and a lovely family-friendly vibe throughout the evening.

It was great to see so many of you enjoying our hearty pub favourites, freshly baked Neapolitan pizzas, and cold pints in the sunshine. 🍕🍺

We’re Hiring – Full-Time Bar Supervisor / Senior Bar Staff

Are you passionate about hospitality and take pride in the little details that make a great pub stand out?

We’re looking for a full-time member of Bar Staff to work closely alongside our Manager. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who naturally notices the things others miss, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys creating an exceptional experience for our guests.

We’re looking for someone who:

•⁠ ⁠Has previous bar or hospitality experience.
•⁠ ⁠Has a keen eye for detail and high standards.
•⁠ ⁠Is proactive, reliable, and enjoys being part of a busy team.
•⁠ ⁠Can support the Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the pub.
•⁠ ⁠Leads by example and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

What we offer:

•⁠ ⁠£13.00 per hour starting rate.
•⁠ ⁠Full-time position – 40 hours per week minimum, over 5 days.
•⁠ ⁠A friendly, supportive team.
•⁠ ⁠Opportunities to develop and progress.
