Here at Miller and Carter Wheathampstead we pride ourselves on providing you with the best steak experience possible. All our steaks are Red Tractor Farm Assured and British sourced. We only use the highest graded meat which is all specially selected for Miller and Carter and each Steak is hand cut by one of our specially selected Master Butchers. All our meat is aged on the bone for 10 days and o

ff the bone for a further 21 days minimum to allow for optimum tenderisation. All our staff are trained and will help you select the best steak for you with recommendations on how to have it cooked and appropriate drinks to compliment your meal.
