Simple ingredients, loads of flavour and dangerously easy to polish off with a chilled glass of white.

The combination of tomatoes, toasted bread, red onion, anchovies, basil oil and white wine vinegar dressing is ridiculously good. The kind of salad that reminds you why summer food doesnโ€™t need to be complicated.
