We’re on the lookout for a creative and passionate Chef to take the lead in running a relaxed, chilled evening bistro.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves food, enjoys building menus, and wants real ownership of their kitchen.

Hours
🕯️ Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings

The Role

Create and deliver a seasonal, exciting bistro-style menu

Budgeting and menu planning

Run evening service smoothly and efficiently

Maintain consistently high food quality and presentation, and safe food practices

About You

Passionate about food and creative in the kitchen
Confident with budgeting and menu development

Organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently

Previous experience in a similar role preferred
