💛 Celebrating Local Success at the Great Yorkshire Show! 💛

The Great Yorkshire Show, Harrogate has been in full swing this week and we wanted to give a huge shoutout to some fantastic local achievements! 👏

Firstly, a massive congratulations to our very own Mand, who has once again had an outstanding show. Her flock has achieved Reserve Breed Champion and Female Champion, along with many other fantastic results throughout the week. 🏆🐑

We're so proud to have you as part of the Hounds team – congratulations, Mand! 💛

We'd also like to say a huge well done to Hawsker-cum-Stainsacre C of E Primary School, their Gardening Club entered the Yorkshire Agricultural Society's annual Vegetable Box Competition and achieved an amazing 5th place out of 27 schools! 🥕🥬🌼

What a brilliant achievement and a credit to all of the children, staff and volunteers involved.

Well done to everyone who represented our local community so brilliantly this week – you've all done us proud! 💛👏

📢 Important Notice 📢

Unfortunately, due to staff shortages, we've made the difficult decision to pause our food service from tomorrow and throughout the weekend.

The bar will still be open as normal for drinks, so if you fancy popping in for a catch-up and a pint, we'd love to see you. 🍻

We're really sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause. It's never a decision we take lightly, but we'd rather be honest than provide a service that isn't up to the standard you expect from us.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support – it genuinely means a lot to us 💛

We'll be back to normal with full food service from Monday.

🎟️ Our Charity Day Raffle has now been drawn! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who bought raffle tickets and supported our charity day – your generosity means so much. ❤️

We'll be contacting all of our lucky winners tomorrow, so please keep an eye on your phone and our page.

This week we'll also be doing the full count-up of all the money raised from the day, and we'll announce the final total as soon as it's all been counted. We can't wait to share what we've achieved together!
