The Melton Constable is a traditional roadside Pub, located above the harbour in the centre of the seaside village of Seaton Sluice. With views north to the Cheviot Hills and of Holywell Dene from the Conservatory, the Pub lies just a stone’s throw away from an award winning beach and the stunning Northumberland Coast.

‘The Melton’ is ideally placed to enjoy a relaxing drink or meal, in warm an

d welcoming surroundings. Our offering is simple Real Ale, Real Food, Real People, Real Pub. We are renowned locally for our range of 5 Real Ales, (as listed in the CAMRA Real Ale Guide) which alongside a broad array of Malt whiskies and a menu packed with everyone’s favourites meals make us the most “traditional” of traditional pubs in the area. Food is served from 12.00pm to 2.45pm and again 5.30pm to 7.45 Monday to Saturday and 12.00pm to 5.45pm Sunday.

Well this Saturday we have one that I’m sure you will agree that is not to be missed!

Be Right Back Band are live in the bar at 8 o’clock this weekend (Saturday 6th June) if you managed to see them last year it was a sea of people! So we’d recommend getting in early if you want a seat 💺

Big news!! 🎯

We now have a Target Darts board up in the pub linked with DartCounter!

Darts are available from behind the bar or you can bring your own of course, come down and channel your inner Luke Littler 🎯

Hopefully we will have a darts team on the horizon soon also 🤞🏻

All under 18s must be supervised be a responsible adult (down to my discretion for “responsible” 😂)
