Yesterday, we gave our sensory bubble tube to the Tim Lamb Centre at the Rising Sun Country Park.
It’s a brilliant place for children with special needs.

Last day, 25th March!!!

It is with saddened hearts that the Blue Button Cafe is to be closed.
🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧

Caroline has suffered from a Stroke, double pneumonia, enlarged organs and thrombosis in her leg.

She is in rehab until June (might escape this weekend)..🤭

Thank you for all of your kind words and your continued support.

Saturday 25th March, at 2:30pm, we are having our very last 'carboot sale'. Come along, you might get a bargain! 😀

The cafe will be closed from this week, except for our community craft group on Saturday which you must book onto by Thursday, for a well needed Christmas holiday! If you haven’t collected your decorations from the glass making events please pop down on Saturday between 11am-4pm! We hope everyone has a lovely Christmas 🎄💙

Hi everyone! Just wanted to say a great big thankyou again for all the lovely messages and donations over the past few weeks. Lots of people have been asking for an update on our mum Caroline so decided to pop it on here for everyone!

She’s doing really well and we’re so proud of how strong she’s been! She’s still in hospital but fingers crossed she’ll be home soon. Thankfully the pneumonia and sepsis is all under control so the final hurdle is recovering from the stroke she sadly had during her illness. But as many of you know Caroline is such a strong person that we know she’ll come out of this even stronger! She’s so determined! We even got to celebrate with her yesterday as it was her birthday, she was even allowed some tiramisu as a treat!

The cafe will be closed from Saturday 17th December for the Christmas holidays! Thankyou again for all the lovely messages!

We are absolutley overwhelmed by all of the amazing support, donations & kind messages from you all. We have raised over £2000 for the Cafe! We can’t thankyou all enough for everything!

A little update on Caroline…
She is finally on the road to recovery! She’s off the ventilator and is awake again, the pneumonia has settled down and fingers crossed she’ll be home before Christmas! She’s so grateful for all the kind messages and support during this difficult time.

As soon as things get back to normal we will reopen the cafe fully but for now it is open for events and the Wednesday & Saturday Community Craft Group. We hope to see you all soon 💙
